The Wedding...

O.K so this post is a little late, but better late than never...right?? Isaac and Emma were in the Clonginger-Cruce wedding last Sat. Isaac was very excited to wear his tuxedo until it was time to actually put it on. So...we bribed him. I think it was o.k. in this situation though...it was for someone else. We got to the church, put on the tux, and ate fruit snacks while waiting for pictures. I can't wait to see the ones that Amy took, but these will have to do in the mean time....

School
What was I thinking? Just when I thought I had it all figured out...I was doomed to fail Phonetics. I go to take my test today and find out the Dr. Tullos (whom I really like) has not yet graded my previous two tests. All of a sudden, I feel better. I would think it would be hard to fail a person when you never let them know how they are doing.

These are pictures from Thanksgiving on the farm. Waylan and Isaac made fast friends. I wish I had counted how many times they ran up the hill and rolled down into the leaves. They also marched and sang down by the lake at the bonfire. The big hit of the weekend was the four-wheeler ride. I only got made fun of a few times for my nervousness about the whole process. Apparently, uncle Jerry enjoyed it almost as much as the kids! And, as always, Cody was a great sport playing with the little
Heifer Project Live Nativity
Tonight we piled in the car and headed to Perryville, AR to the Heifer farm. As we drove in, soldiers greated us to "take a cencus" (and give us a program). We drove through and saw Mary on a donkey walking next to Joseph. In the next sceen, there was an angel appearing to the shepherds while they watched their sheep. Then the shepherds were walking (this one was exciting). At the end there was a barn with a manger surrounded by Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds as well as a few sheep and a llama. Isaac enjoyed it, but kept looking for a cow. When the drive-through was over, we stopped and Isaac pet a llama (who was not wearing red pajama's) and two sheep. He stamped some wrapping paper with various animal stamps and made a Christmas ornament with a cow on it. All in all, it was a short but fun evening. Isaac talked about it half way home and then fell asleep.
